Day Six Chilco Lake Resort - Horseback Riding
The heat of the B.C. Interior and the dust from the trail ride can be cooled and washed away in the refreshing pool of the Lodge. We dine in the famous lake-view Dining Room and afterwards you can enjoy a night-cap in the Western Bar with a cozy fire and enjoy the view. If time permits, we will take you on a short river rafting trip, and for those enthusiasts, an early morning canoe trip on the lake can be arranged. Just ask your tour conductor or hotel staff to arrange it for you.

We will once again, after breakfast, board our Float Plane and head inland to our Wild West Experience at Chilko Lake. Chilko Lake Resort offers besides trophy fishing, also horseback riding, river rafting, wild-life viewing, tennis and canoeing. Eighty kilometers long, Chilko Lake is at the heart of Ts-yl-os Park, a 600,000 acre wilderness reserve, and home to scores of smaller lakes nestled in the Coast Mountain Range.
