Day Seven Sunshine Coast to Whistler, B.C.
When at the Salmon Farm we will be able once again to throw out a line and this time be guaranteed a catch which will be packaged for the Transatlantic journey home - a bona fide B.C. salmon for the family to enjoy. During this visit we will learn more about this important and growing industry in B.C. Following our experience at the Salmon Farm, we will be flown to Green Lake at Whistler for our last overnight on this tour. Whistler is fast be- coming North America's most important destination Ski Resort and has a worldwide reputation of excellent ski conditions. We will stay at the Chateau Whistler, another majestic 5 star Canadian Pacific Hotel. Enjoy the indoor pool and spa or just stroll through Whistler Village with its European ambiance, its little cafe's and terraces and shops. Later that evening we enjoy our farewell dinner at the hotel.

We will depart from Chilko Lake after our breakfast and head back down to the coast to experience one of B.C.'s newest industries - Salmon and Oyster farming (Aquaculture) along the famous Sunshine Coast near Vancouver. Or, weather permitting, we take you to Lake "Lovely Water" a spectacular remote Mountain Lake where we will enjoy a white tablecloth lunch in the middle of the Canadian Wilderness with only the sounds of the wild to disturb the silence.| Home | Trip Overview | Particulars | Contact Us |
