Itinerary:
Day Eight
Back to Vancouver
After a delicious breakfast at the Chateau Whistler, those who wish to stay in Whistler may do so. Those who wish transportation back to Vancouver will be flown back to Vancouver at 11 am.
This B.C. Float Plane Safari is one the world's most unique travel experiences!
The Beaver Aircraft pictured here is a famous Canadian built float plane manufactured by DeHaviland. The aircraft has a Turbo, jet engine and is a most sturdy and safe vessel that is flown by many small Regional Airlines all over the world and is respected by both passengers and pilots.
Our Aircraft partner, Seair, is the only company on the West coast who operates such an aircraft, and has had the privilege to fly many celebrities, corporate leaders and politicians in this aircraft. The interior has all leather seats, lots of storage for your luggage and catch and is fully equipped with headphones for our passengers, to communicate directly with the pilot; it has marine radio and telephone on board so you can phone home when flying over a glazier, or while landing in a far off cove or inlet! The Beaver is credited with having opened up Canada's vast North Country.
